We have to mention an employee by the name of Juan who helped with a problem I was having with turning off the heating system to the apartment. The thermostat was off and working properly but the heat was still on in 100 degree weather. Thank goodness he found the problem and I asked him to explain the system to me so I know what to do next time . It was so simple but no one could find the valve since there were many. I appreciate the company sending someone so quick and experienced in solving this for me. You have a great employee. Thank you.

PFO Heating & Air Conditioning is a very reliable company who stand behind their installations. I called for service and 4 hours later the servicemen were at my home fixing the problem. The servicemen were very professional, courteous and efficient. They diagnosed the problem immediately and resolved it completely and thoroughly. I just had an annual pre-season service for my heating system. Ron, the technician, was on time, friendly, explained the results, and even gave me some tips and things to watch for during the winter season.
