We have to mention an employee by the name of Juan who helped with a problem I was having with turning off the heating system to the apartment. The thermostat was off and working properly but the heat was still on in 100 degree weather. Thank goodness he found the problem and I asked him to explain the system to me so I know what to do next time . It was so simple but no one could find the valve since there were many. I appreciate the company sending someone so quick and experienced in solving this for me. You have a great employee. Thank you.

We have been customers of PFO for 26+ years; the previous owners of our house were customers of theirs also. We replaced our hot water heater, furnace and a/c unit with them. Ron has seen us through it all; he’s incredibly knowledgeable and the nicest guy. We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received from Ron over the years.

PFO Heating & Air Conditioning is a very reliable company who stand behind their installations. I called for service and 4 hours later the servicemen were at my home fixing the problem. The servicemen were very professional, courteous and efficient. They diagnosed the problem immediately and resolved it completely and thoroughly.
