I have been coming here for years and I've always been satisfied but today a stylist I think her name was Kira or something she ripped my hair out did not de-tangle it at all just ripped out so much of my hair my head hurts and I'm not a tender headed kind of person I was also over charged , as much as I've come here I've always paid 50-60$ for a wash blowdry cut and press and I was charged 50 today for that torturous blow out it's not what it used to be anymore 😞

Mixed Feelings About the Service

I recently took my daughter to this salon, and while the end result was initially impressive, I have some concerns. The stylist did a good job with her hair, but I was uneasy about the amount of heat used during the process. Although her hair looked nice afterward, a strong smell lingered, which prompted me to wash her hair a few days later. Unfortunately, the smell persisted, and I noticed a change in her hair texture.

My daughter’s hair is naturally thick and curly, but after the treatment, it now has a wavy look, which makes me wonder if something else was applied to her hair, even though I don’t believe it was a perm....read full review

Been going for years good outcomes with the texture but if I skip a month and wash my hair myself it's falling out to much. I have to believe they are using perm. Not sure if it's the heat but why Is almost patches falling out and I have long thick natural hair but it's not thick no more unless I take months off from going here. I don't know but don't need my hair falling out
