I’ve been coming to this salon since I was a teenager. Luigi’s has seen my hair in all states: permed, texturized & natural. I have been to other salons in the area, with the exception of one other salon, I only have trust in their services. With any business there is turnover and so that is to be expected. I’ve never experienced irreversible heat damage or any other loss from this establishment. I’ve been a customer since 2008 & I will continue to be ❤
Been going for years good outcomes with the texture but if I skip a month and wash my hair myself it's falling out to much. I have to believe they are using perm. Not sure if it's the heat but why Is almost patches falling out and I have long thick natural hair but it's not thick no more unless I take months off from going here. I don't know but don't need my hair falling out
As a someone with 4b hair & tender headed, i felt comfortable & safe. I brought my own products & yosi had no issue with using them. She was gentle when detangling my hair. Plus they open at 6:30! I was in & out! Thanks yosi!
