IC Laser Eye Care offers eye care services with modern equipment. The facility is clean and well-equipped, and the optometrist/optomologist are considered patient and highly educational. Staff members are described as professional, warm, and welcoming. However, some patients have reported issues with long wait times and a lack of acknowledgement from the receptionist at arrival and checkout. While the eye care provided is generally praised, the service experience could be improved.
I had an awesome experience. She was very thorough as I am having a medical issue and needed this exam to rule out an issue.
Sign in was easy, wait time was short. Assistants were friendly, courteous and efficient. The doctor was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. All over a very pleasant experience.
My only good experience in that place honestly is all the doctor the excellence , they listen they care about their patients explain it everything correctly ,. The facility is very clean. Very comfortable to be all the receptionists are nice the nurses assistance I also very nice very kind ,. My only complain is they have to improve better cuz every time I call I'm being hold like a 15-20 minutes them nobody come to the phone , just answering machine to leave a voicemail and this is frustrating because this is happening all the time evening in cases of emergency , that's my only complaint I understand that that place is always crowding with patients and the receptionist...read full review
