Terrible care, waited about 2 hours for a simple check up appointment, the entire time the seats were filled and when I asked the receptionist when my name will be called she said “you are next,” which kept being a lie, they say that to everyone that comes up to the front. Everyone in the waiting room has to wait 1-3 hours for their appointment. The receptionist told me that they aren’t calling in the people in order, they don’t have one. This is an absolutely ridiculous and unorganized system, never go here if you want your sanity.

Says you close at 5 on your website. I just spent 30 bucks down there in an Uber super excited to get my sons new glasses that he really needs and the place is locked with no one here. It’s like 2:45 on a Friday. You need to get your hours online updated to match your hours on your door even if it’s only for the holidays.

Literally took 3 months to get my new glasses, they said 2 weeks which turned into 3 MONTHS. 1 month in we called and they said it was still getting the prescription, 2 months said the same thing never called or anything, then finally yesterday they said they've been ready and that they called multiple times.. We never got no call and we're finally getting them tomorrow, they need to learn how to do their job better.
