first time having cataract surgery, the process is spread over a couple of weeks..so far very good results with first week surgery, having the laser procedure and upgraded lenses. The Doctors and staff are awesome! Thus-far very satisfied with the Campus Eye Group in Hamilton. Next few days I'm looking forward to finishing up on my Right eye surgery. Will update with final results.

One place that needs improvement is scheduling. Maybe you should try an AI software. Scheduling an appointment for 7:00 a.m. when the physician isn't expected until 8:00 a.m. I saw my doctor for 6 minutes and I was on my way to check out. That 54 minutes of waiting could be reduced with AI help. You guys are great and I love the care I receive from the doctors and nurses and staff. Wait time just an observation for improvement.
Doing this for my husband! So far it has been a great experience. Everyone is super sweet and nice . Very thorough in everything they do. He seems to be it great caring hands . We are extremely pleased with everything!
