I wish I could give Home Allegiance 10 stars! Chris, Sal, Sam & Mel ( and Joanne in the office) were all knowledgeable and true professionals! This is a company that provides exceptional customer service, something lost in today’s corporate interactions. We had our complete HVAC system replaced and were updated throughout the process. Sal & Sam added some ductwork and you could tell they took pride in their work. Mel was outside in the hot sun all day working on the compressor, but still always had a smile when I would come out to talk to him. Excellent, showed up when agreed to was actually early, great communication, fixed an issue that other companies ignored, fixed in a timely fashion, no fuss, price was in line with parts and deducted the diagnostic fee from the repair, I highly recommend them
Nick came to do the annual maintenence for my air units. He was very prompt, polite and knowledgeable. Nick also was very patient with me and helped to set up my thermostat app. My air units are now running smoothly and quieter!
The fees charged were exactly as quoted when i booked the appointment. There were no surprise trip or fuel charges.
Scheduling the appointment with Allegiance was also a pleasure. I called yesterday and was given several options for today!!
I highly recommend Allegiance and Nick and will use them again in the future.
