Prompt response to my work request and any correspondence in between. The owner, Ritchie, is clearly knowledgeable in all aspects of roofing and gutter repair, going so far as to fabricate a needed part. Any time he needed to speak with us, he conscienciously wore his Covid mask, which we appreciated. He informed us of progress throughout the job. All debris as a result of the work was cleaned up. This was a complicated repair job to a corner of our roof and gutter due to a tree falling on our house. We could not be happier and would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and a very pleasant owner. We are so glad we chose this company for our job.
The guys came over and gave me an estimate the same day I contacted them, which I really appreciated. They thoughtfully reviewed all aspect of the project and were very nice. We didn't end up using them for unrelated reasons, but I was impressed with their professionalism.
