Today, I had Jaylen service the AC Handler in the attic. He was very professional, polite , knowledgeable, and finished the job timely. Prior I had Brandon due the yearly maintenance on AC unit. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable too. Last year Jessie serviced our AC unit. He was also professional and knowledgeable! Thank you to Zena for helping me with my calls! Thanks to all!

Elite air has service my equipment for over ten years. I have never had any issues with them. They come out twice a year to service my equipment. They stay on top of my service better than I do. The employees are excellent. From making my appointment to servicing my equipment. I appreciate all that you do for me.

They got a technician out quickly and the technician was awesome (Jessi Best), but he diagnosed the issue as a problem created by the previous technician. Glad Jessi quickly fixed the issue, but disappointed that the issue was created by them to begin with. Was still charged the fee for the service. Elite people are always friendly and do try resolve issues, I've used them for years, but this situation was disappointing.
