Two years ago, I would have recommended Elite Air. Now I am not so certain. Had an appointment on Friday morning. Waited all day before receiving a notice they were cancelling. Set up another appointment for Sunday morning. Again waited and waited before finally getting a call they were canceling again. Set up 3rd appointment for Tuesday. Tech arrived but I would have appreciated a call informing me of this. On the days of cancellation by them, a notice as soon as they knew would have been appreciated. Another problem I have had, was with the previous owner, I was given some credit for supplying my 16 merv filter rather than the companies 11 merv filter. I bought 5 for around $300. Now I'm stuck without any credit by this company.
