It's not just a gym, they are friends and family. They easily adjust work outs to your ability and make it fun! My sister and I are founding members and have been able to break our PR many times. I don't think we would have done that any place else. Instead of losing muscle as we age, we have gained it!

I have attended East State CrossFit for the last two years. It is an inclusive environment and has an incredible coaching staff.
I have attended multiple other CrossFit gyms and ESCF is by far the most professional and enjoyable. The equipment is new and clean and the coaches provide Diligent and Helpful instruction.
Outside of the workout the gym hosts a golf tournament, softball game and multiple other events! I would highly recommend ESCF if you are looking for a gym!

The community is great! I feel motivated by not only the coaches and staff, but by each athlete. I'm three years in and I can confidently say CrossFit changed my life. I was not able to move, run, jump, or endure like I can now. It was definitely hard work, but it is so worth it and I have everybody at East State CrossFit to thank for this!
