I only leave a review when it is truly earned. I have been to this office for cleanings and today a cavity. My husband as well. For whatever reason I’ve been very randomly dealing with panic attacks. I walked in feeling uneasy and like I wanted to back out. I expressed my feelings to both the assistant & Dr. Ralff he very nonchalantly comforted me with his words and assuring me that it was OK to come back another day when I was ready. I did not want to stress them and the thought of that made me feel worse. I had my son with me sitting there & they spoke enough that it kept me entertained as I put in my headphones on to ease the process. I was able to go through with it. we took one fast little break and after that, I felt confident enough to continue. I can’t express enough how grateful I am that he helped me through it and I was able to get this done. Before today, I had always recommend this dentist office To all the moms in a local mom group in Facebook I am apart of becauae of the fantastic cleanings we have gotten and how beautiful the office is! NOW I’ll recommend this office 10X harder! I was mortified when I had to explain what I was feeling today while I was sitting there, and the dentist was super compassionate fast and personable. I know they are not short on business but bedside manner many places lack. Good front desk customer service, many places, lack. All very important things, it not just about getting an issue resolved. It’s a packaged deal. My husband feels super comfortable there and finds everyone super professional. Aside from the fact that it is an absolutely beautiful house turned office and appearance definitely means a lot to me along with bedside manner, They overall are just fantastic there from the moment you walk in up until when you’re leaving. I really wanted to give them a shout out. Both all My normal visits and my hard one today from start to finish excellent work! Thank you everyone!
I took my son for a dentist visit and wow what amazing people. they were not only professional they actually cared about what the person sitting in the chair cared about mostly and when everything was all done and said we were very extremely happy I'm actually changing my dentist to these people what a great place highly recommended.
