I'm giving a three since Hina is very nice however the lash retention wasn't good for me. I went in Monday to treat myself for an upcoming concert and first time out in over a year due to my health. Four fell out on day one and day two I lost two so Wednesday I texted asking to come back in if more fall out. More continued to fall out when I went in today I had to get a refill and pay $45. I either thought free because I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't wet them nor sleep on them. I get home today after my refill and two fell out so again nothing I did wrong. $200 dollars for a classic basically in less than a week. So disappointed.

Sejal did an amazing job with my 6 yr old daughter’s haircut. It was exactly how we wanted..with perfect layers. She was also very patient with my daughter’s unending questions. 😁
