I had a great experience renting from Adam‘s rentals, everyone was super accommodating and helpful. I made a ton of little changes and every time the girls in the office were supportive and prompt making the adjustments. When we picked up the stuff The guys were so nice, loaded my SUV and truck up like it was a game of Tetris. When I got home, I realized I had one rack of plates that were the wrong set, (Probably because I was talking to the guys you’re off the whole time). I called the office and they were so kindx they sent someone right out literally within minutes and switched the plates out to the correct plate plates. From customer service to the products provided, we were extremely satisfied and would recommend to anyone planning a party. The office was very helpful and knowledgeable in advice directing us to the best products for our needs. Pricing was great value for what we rented. Delivery personnel were pleasant, exact in following the directions for the drop off, and took the time to insure the pieces were clean before they left.
