“I cannot say enough words of praise for this salon. I went there yesterday for highlights and a cut and I walked out with the best color and cut I have ever had in my life!! Kristin is a highly educated and well known Master colorist and Lacy ( the owner ) listened so carefully to the type of cutI wanted and then meticulously executed it to absolute perfection! Having had disastrous inconsistent experiences over the decades this experience was so mind blowing. Brittany the woman in charge of washing my hair was so professional and skilled I thought I was in a yoga class!Highly recommend this salon!!“

“I've started to type this review 100 times but can't fully express how much and wonderfully I mean this. It had been a long time since I had a haircut, I searched and read reviews and looked at pictures, ultimately I found Hair Theory and booked an appointment. I got in earlier which was perfect. The front desk staff was amazing and easy to work with.Now into the real deal. Melanie was like a wizard. She listened to what I was saying, gave me really great ideas and thoughts on what would work for me and I 100% trusted her. It's literally the best hair cut I have ever had. I am able to style it everyday, something I've never been good at. I've gotten so many compliments on it. She made me feel amazing and was comfortable to talk with. If you have any doubts, don't just go!“

“Love this salon! My girl Taylor is great! ? Love the inside vibes and pleasantries amongst the staff! They crack me up! They have staff assisting the hair stylists with supplies, and such with teamwork so it’s pretty efficient. Even the bathroom is cute lol. Everything is kept clean even when there’s lots of people in and out. I go on Saturday mornings so it’s never not been busy.“

“My daughter and I had a lovely time. She was very accommodating, sweet and kept up conversation. She was quite busy and made time for walk-ins without breaking a sweat.My only complaint was the pricing. I came to her for the walk-in ability but also because I didn't want a $50+ haircut for myself. I just needed dead ends cut off, not any fancy styled cut. I was charged $50 for haircut and was very taken back. Prices aren't listed anywhere, which I guess should have been cleared up before sitting in the chair. My daughters was $25 plus $12 for the pink extension.I will bring my daughter back, she did a wonderful job on her hair. For me, I will keep searching!“

“Brittani is incredibly talented. I went to Eunoia for the first time a little over a month ago. I was feeling frustrated with my hair before coming and when I went for my appointment couldn't even articulate exactly what I wanted in a hair cut. Brittani was able to interpret my ambiguous preferences and gave me a cut that I still love even a month later. I will definitely be coming back. I normally don't like talking during a haircut but Brittani was so welcoming and the salon feels like such a safe space that it was easy to talk with her. I'm hoping to go back for a balayage.“

“I’ve been a very happy customer for a few years now. Jenn is just as talented, if not more so, as when I started seeing her to cut my hair. Had it colored again today for the first time in years, and she painstakingly went through every ingredient of EVERYTHING (dye, styling products, etc.) for me to ensure allergy safety (I have anaphylaxis-level allergies to a number of things). I got a phenomenal cut and color, allergy friendly, and I could not be happier. The woman who washed my hair, Nicole, is new (to me, I don't go to the salon that often), and the shampoo and scalp massage were so amazing and relaxing that I started to nod off in the chair!I love this place. The salon is always spotless; the staff couldn't be any nicer. Highly recommend!“

“I have happily been going to Pixie for a couple of years…and wow…could not be more thrilled with everything and everyone who works there. Cara is my main stylist, although Shannon, the owner is equally fabulous, and Chelsea who gives me THE most wonderful facials is a rock star.I followed Cara to this salon and I am so happy I did. She, quite frankly, is the sweetest person, and what she does to my hair is nothing short of a magic act! I feel like a princess when I leave her and I literally feel like family when i’m at the salon.No pretense, always cheerful and they all are extremely professional. I’ve overheard multiple conversation they’ve all had with new customers and, to be honest, I don’t know that I would show such patience when expertly discussing a new look, a new color, or treatment…they really listen to what the client wants. I’ve been to many salons where the stylist doesn’t actually listen to the client. Not here!I’ve recently added regular facials to my monthly color appoint and I literally am in love with Chelsea.
