Went in as a shoulder length blond with 1 1/2 inch regrowth of medium brown and a few greys, came out FOUR hours later looking like a orange Cheetah. Not just the roots..roots to ends!! It was supposed to be a Valentine's gift from my husband and son. All I wanted was for my roots to be bleached and have my hair colored Silver/Grey. I couldn't have done worse with one hand behind my back in the dark. Sent husband to get full refund, they duped him with a sob story and refunded only half.Update 2-20-2021: I received a full refund.

Got a call as I was already heading to the salon for my appointment that the stylist was running late—she was still working with her previous client. I waited for 40 minutes after my appointment time until finally she was ready for me and apologized that the previous client changed her appointment for a service that needed more time. If the previous client wanted a longer service then it should have been booked as such, even if it meant her coming in another day. Allowing a client’s appointment to run into another client’s by so much time is unprofessional. I was frustrated by this disregard for my time. Ashley was nice and she gave me a decent cut (though she went too crazy with the layering and made the layers shorter than I wanted, which is aggravating because I said I’m trying to grow my hair out) so I wish I could say it was worth the wait.

Great salon always get what I request..also new stylist Reagan whom did great job and was very attentive to my needs,explained products that I may use and just overall very good...great addition to staff.

they gave me to someone brand new they totally ruined my hair the WORST haircut I ever had! The mistakes was so obvious when I got home! never use them again

Such kind and respectable staff. Had my 10month come in and the young lady cutting his hair made him feel so comfortable and he was so happy. He looked so handsome after. Highly recommend this place

It feels great to be able to go get a haircut and know that all precautions are being taken to keep both the staff and clients safe. I would highly recommend Trim -n- Style. Always a welcoming and pleasant experience!!! I’m very happy with my new haircut! Thanks Michelle!!
