“Scott and his team have done 2 landscaping projects for us. They transformed our front yard from extremely boring and dated to something that strangers stop to compliment us on. The project included a walkway, a flagstone wall, lighting, sprinklers, and lots of beautiful plants. It makes the house look complete. About 2 years later we had them do some lighting and a tree in the backyard. Another huge improvement. Communication was great, they worked quickly and efficiently. We had a small issue with one light a few months after installation, and Scott had his colleague out to the house to assess it and replace a part the SAME DAY I reached out to him. “Frank and his team are fantastic. They’ve now done two jobs at our home, and both experiences were great and show he stands behind his work. They redid the entire front landscaping a year ago, and the side just this late summer/fall. Unfortunately this fall, the majority of what was planted died which was odd. “Update: Tara the owners wife kept in contact with me and they ended up covering the cost of all the repairs needed from the tree cutting next door. Thank you for making this right. Taking responsibility is an automatic 5 stars!

If you want to deal with a tree company that has integrity and will actually do the right thing, then definitely keep looking for another tree service. These clowns were cutting a large tree at my next door neighbors house. First off no one gave me any notice that this was happening so I never had the chance to cover my koi pond or my pool. The workers were literally cutting large branches off and letting them fall directly into my yard, pond and pool. My backyard and pond were destroyed with saw dust and tree branches all over the place. When I showed their worker Eric, he immediately showed remorse and assisted in cleaning up, which was a good start. I had to call my pond service and pool company right away to come clean everything. I didn’t want the pool filter getting clogged and burning out from all the sawdust. More importantly I was trying to prevent any of my expensive KOI fish from dying. When I called the office, I spoke to Tara. She seemed like she cared and agreed to cover the costs of the pond and pool company’s emergency cleaning that was performed. Now that I have the bill in hand, Tara won’t reply to any of my messages. Talk about a having a lack of integrity and pulling a scum of the earth move. I would say there are plenty of tree services that would do a much better job and also know how to properly handle a business. I despise people with zero integrity, this company is a joke. The only person who is a decent human being on their team is their worker Eric. Stay away at all costs. Contact me if you want any proof, google reviews won’t let me post videos unfortunately.“

“I have used Jager Landscaping for two projects that were far beyond my capability. The first was removal of 30 feel of overgrown (8 foot high) hedge in front of our house, and the second was removal of two trees and overgrown hedge along 50 feet between my house and my neighbor. In both projects Frank Jager proposed very creative and attractive solutions showing that not only was he capable of removing the overgrowth, he also designed and delivered very personalized landscaping solutions that we love and all all of our neighbors have complimented. His crews were polite, considerate, answered any questions we had, and thoroughly cleaned up before they left.
