This place is awesome! Where to begin!? -- I recently moved from Rockland County NY to Haledon, NJ. (I've had the same stylist in Rockland for 12+ years so I was super apprehensive to try a new salon). I passed by the storefront a few times as I now live only 5 minutes from here. The salon name is what grabbed my attention and after visiting their website, obsessively viewing google images and reviews I called to make my first appointment. First time trying this hair salon, I was looking and looking on google for a great place that deals with pixie hair cuts, and I found this place, I always go for the pictures and the reviews. I saw a few hair pixie review that sounded interesting, so I decided to try it. I made my appointment by phone it was quick and easy. Once I got to the shop, the staffs were welcoming and nice. I got my service from Lisa, she was really professional and attentive to what I had in mind. All I can say I got a service better than what I expected she went way and beyond. I came out of there like rock star!! Thank again.

Balayage House is honestly one of the best salons I've been to as they are very knowledgeable and professional. My first time going there was to correct a color done wrong by a previous salon and I've been going ever since, mind you I live in Queens. One thing I like most is their honesty. If I want a lighter color that can't be done right away being that I have extremely dark hair they will let me know and try their best to come close to what I've asked instead of damaging my thin hair like other salons. I just recently had a cut and color by Magna and it came out amazing. I highly recommend them!
