I’ve been using American A1 Waterproofing for years, and honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my water issues. When I moved into my new house, the previous owner hadn’t mentioned any water problems—but after a big rain, I found out the hard way. I called Lu, and his team came out right away to check things out and fix the problem.
They installed a French drain and a sump pump, and now my basement stays completely dry. I feel confident enough to finally turn it into the family room we’ve been wanting. If you’re dealing with water issues, I can’t recommend American A1 Waterproofing enough. They’re professional, respectful of your home, clean up after themselves, and get the job done fast. John came out to do work on my chimney. He was professional and considerate of the areas he worked were protected from the pipe mess. He provided me with recommendations on replacing some of the galvanized that is exposed to the elements.I was happy how he kept me informed for an appointment timeframe. I had two other companies contact me, one never called back and the other person promised to show two days in a row and never did. He left the area as if he was never here.I will have John back to replace the pipes we discussed and keep my chimney clean. Great Job.

I had Frederik and he was absolutely amazing. He gave me such a beautiful and natural looking balayage. I'm a dark brunette, so I feel I often either get it so light that it looks fake, or it's still too dark and it's not noticeable enough that I dyed my hair. I'm also half Asian, so my hair is naturally very flat and lifeless. Frederik gave it honey tones just like I asked for, and he did a spectacular job blending it with my hair while also framing my face. It really pops and makes me seem like I have more volume (even though it's just dye!). I highly recommend coming to HOA and requesting him.
