Mike is very knowledgeable and caring. I used to be a personal trainer so I know alot about exercise. Mike takes the time to find out what exercises work for you and what will send you on your way to wellness. You will not be disappointed if you choose to have him added to your lost of health care providers.

I had several issues before signing up for 10 sessions. I could not do a full squat, stiff hips, knee pain and chronic neck issues. I can now full squat with weight, my hips are measurably more flexible, my knee pain is done to sporadic stiffness and after 25 years of daily neck pain I have some really good days now. I would recommend anyone with physical issues to sign up with Dr. Mike to solve it.
