I scheduled for a routine skin exam and removal of a facial growth. I was seen promptly. The staff were professional, courteous, and took the time to answer my questions. 100% satisfied.
I was sent to Dr Olivo’s office for specialized treatment for a skin condition. It was a a 5 star experience for me. I was treated with such care and given explicit directions and instructions were written down clearly. I feel now like I have a dr and I had two examine my wound. Had a procedure done yesterday on a cyst. My second time coming here. To start off, Everytime I called the receptionist I got was very friendly. I was very nervous to get this procedure done but overall I'm a nervous person by nature. I had Dr Matthew Olivo and would just like to thank him and his staff again about not only how friendly and comforting they were but more than anything how professional they were. Even though I was nervous Dr Olivo and his staff made me feel comfortable through the whole experience.
