Absolutely worth it! The workouts are incredible and customizable to meet you where you are at and where you aspire to be. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience!As a mom of three under 5 on maternity leave, I needed something to help me get moving again, something just for me that was not chasing my lovable and energetic kiddos around. This is just an amazing organization. The owners and the coaches are truly invested in your success and growth. A little background - I am 56 years old and very out of shape. I have never been an athlete. I have been a member for five weeks and I attend three times a week. I can see and feel a dramatic change in my strength and fitness in this short time. OMG I am lifting weights! My metabolism is on fire! The program is life changing. They will absolutely kick your a** but they scale to fit your level of fitness and what you can reasonably do to ensure you aren't injured. Honestly, joining Hackettstown CrossFit is one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life.
STHC is just EXCELLENT! I am sure there is no place better than here. Today I completed my 6 wk challenge, 17 lbs in 6 wks. Coming from no workout experience, I was very nervous! But I am enjoying this!! And I just can't say enough great things about the coaches! Thank you for your patience, guidance and support!! and their meal plan which is simply great!! I never knew how to eat properly until now.My hope now is to just stay with you guys! Thank you for helping me become a better version of myself. I will keep working at it.
