A very friendly and welcoming gym with clean facilities and all equipment in good repair. Special shout-out to Conor who was super helpful when I brought a guest and made him feel welcome.

My husband joined today and I feel the need to share that Kaitlyn was fantastic helping him get set up. She was so incredibly pleasant, kind and helpful!! Planet is lucky to have you on their team!!

Signed up for the “1$ for your first month” deal on the 16th. Immediately start getting attempted charges for the 15.99$ monthly fee on the 17th. Turn off my card, make a note to myself to call them and discuss. Holidays go by, I find time to call them on the 26th. I was charged 30.99$ when I turned my card back on for transactions! Mind you, I signed up a little over a week ago and haven’t stepped foot in this gym yet. I call, they explain that because I signed up on the 16th, and their billing cycle for the next month starts on the 17th, I signed up and was immediately charged for January.
