I just wanted to speak on the professionalism at Krista Michele Salon! This was a color correction, and top to bottom, I felt heard and the color was corrected. I was taken in within a reasonable amount of time and Desiree worked her magic! I was a little frustrated but the entire color correction process was explained thoroughly, expectations were managed, and I left very happy. Thank you for everything! The first two photos were the before and following three were the after.

Magnificent work by Ashley! This was my first time here and I couldn't be happier with their service. Ashley explained the entire process and gave me tips on how to style my hair since I'm clueless lol but she took her time, was super sweet and knowledgeable.
