The entire shift who worked on Thursday April 9th, especially the Techs.....starting at approximately 1:30 p.m.
Were extremely caring, nice, showed that we are humans and not just another number!

I go often for my son. The nurses are absolutely amazing and the doctors are usually nice but I’ve had 2 instances where when I went for myself, the pregnant doctor had a whole attitude because it was for something small but it was the only time I could go because of work and all the urgent cares were closed. And recently I took my 2 year old son who goes there often for ear infections and he tested positive for rsv but they didn’t give him anything. I knew something was wrong still a week later so I took him to an urgent care and he had strep. They’re nice but you kind of have to know some medical stuff (and I’m no nurse) and tell them the extra tests you want... read full review
I want to shout out to the entire staff in the ER. My husband presented with an out of control nosebleed and we were treated with patience and kindness and skill. It was pretty tense and everyone remained calm and was very efficient. Special shout out to IVANNA, KATHRYN and VERA. They were attentive and very responsive to his case and we are both grateful.
