Really only great things to say about Budd Lake Animal Hospital. The staff are lovely and the prices are more than reasonable. I brought in my puppy for his first visit and I was nervous he would be scared, quite the opposite, he had a blast.

Have been going there for years. Staff are really caring and bond with your pets! They accommodate their best when you feel like pet needs to be seen. And they are both fun, professional and knowledgeable. Mugsy Junie and Penny approve!

I cannot say enough good things about Budd Lake Animal Hospital and the care they gave my reactive boy. From the moment we walked in, the reception staff was kind, patient, and understanding, making check-in stress-free.
Dr. Hagelberg took the time to understand my dog’s medical needs and his reactivity. Her patience, compassion, and calm approach made a normally stressful vet visit feel manageable and safe. Dr. Welch continued that same level of thoughtful care, handling my boy with respect and confidence.
Every member of the team was attentive and genuinely compassionate. My dog was never rushed or treated like a problem but like an individual who deserved patience, empathy, and excellent care. I highly recommend Budd Lake Animal Hospital to anyone with a reactive, anxious, or special needs pet.

Everyone at the office is very helpful and friendly. They got us in quickly and put our concerns at ease . The Doctor explained the instructions to us fully. I highly recommend this veterinary practice .
