Excellent customer service! Another plumbing company not only didn’t answer the phone they didn’t answer my voicemail message a Wickersheim answered, listened, was proactive and made a quick appointment providing the COI to management the next morning. Eddie was great! Polite, professional, quick and explained everything, encouraging me to inspect and test. Call them now if you need a plumber quickly.

I had a fantastic experience with Wickersheim and Sons! From the initial phone call with Dolores to the quick, reliable service from Kyle and Izzy, everything was seamless. When we had no heat, they came out super quickly and saved the day. The service was top-notch, and the technicians, Kyle and Izzy, were incredibly kind and professional. They identified the issue immediately and fixed it on the spot. I couldn’t be happier with their quick response and excellent service. Highly recommend!
