Phil is fantastic! Excellent and fast communication, incredibly flexible with timing despite our limited windows of time for the inspection, and a timely and extremely detailed inspection with a very well organized and easy-to-read digital report. He even went out of his way to refund us the money for his oil tank sweep and provide a referral for a GPR sweep to be conducted after the property posed challenges with providing conclusive results.
