I commend her for being so patient and detailed in explaining each step and what works best with my hair. She made me feel at ease, and just trust the process, as she said, “I GOT YOU”. Great experience! I got a great haircut at a great place with a sale that day. I got the haircut within a reasonable time, even though it was a busy day and even though I didn’t have an appointment.

Love this location, well managed, they keep the flow of clients going, never too long a wait, and Vivian is consistently amazing as a stylist.. appointments are readily available
Stylist: Been coming to Vivian for a year now and just started taking my kids - both kids were terrified of getting haircuts but she was patient and made them feel comfortable.. they loved their haircuts! I get consistent compliments on my own haircut and I appreciate her advice and guidance for haircare.. hoping to stay with Vivian for a long time!! 5 stars
