This facility was on a referral sheet provided to me by my PCP. I called and was met with a girl who mumbled something into the phone while music played in the background.
I said “sorry? Is this Specialized Therapy Associates? I am calling because I was referred by my primary.”
She replied “yeah. What you want?” When I paused for a second because I was stunned by the rudeness, she hung up on me. I will not even be calling back, as that experience and the other reviews here have shown me that this facility is rude and abusive to their patients.

I worked with Shanice Burgos for a year and she was phenomenal. She helped me find the right tools to help me better handle my anxiety and stress. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I was nervous going back to therapy but really glad it was a positive experience!

I was a patient of Dr. Koshnu. My main issues were with the incompetency from the front desk.
If you value your time, stay away. They have charged my card multiple times with absolutely no communication, stored my payment information without consent, and even when confirming with the front desk while I was at the office, told them that I was not expecting a charge, charged my card that they stored without my consent in front of me, and had to refund the transaction immediately because the second I asked why I was getting charged, they realized that they didn't need to charge me anything.
