Absolutely the best! I had a biopsy done on my nose and I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma which required Mohs Surgery. The Doctors and staff are so kind and professional, and I can tell everyone genuinely cares about me and what the end result will be. The entire staff is amazing. Very honest, informative and kind. I highly recommend.
One tip is parking- the office is located in the Medical Pavilion at Hackensack Hospital and you will have to park in the garage. There are two different sides of the garage- and two sets of elevators so make sure you use the Medical Pavilion side for both and take note of where you park. Great practice. I’ve been coming here for a few years. Staff and providers are thorough and professional. The check in and check out process was very quick and I waited a minimal amount of time. Provider was thorough and explained everything and took time to answer questions I had. Will return to this office/provider.
A large practice of associated dermatologists that’s very bureaucratic. It’s very hard to get any information regarding your care or appointments or to contact any of your providers. Office personnel are woefully uninformed about medicine and insurance protocols and take forever to respond to inquiries and phone messages if they even bother to follow up. The practice has “a thousand” phone numbers all of which funnel into a central call center. From there it’s a lottery whether you’ll get the information you need without making a lot of follow up calls.
