The staff there is super nice. They are willing to help accommodate with last minute schedule changes; they understand that life happens. I was seen by Deeyana Dehkan APN, FNP-BC, she was so sweet and helpful. I was a little nervous about my procedure, but she made me feel at ease. She made sure I understood what she was doing, why she was doing it, and took the time to explain what things I should look out for once the procedure was done. She was amazing and I will be coming back!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I recently received from Clarissa front end receptionist at Schweitzer Dermatology group in Hackensack.She was pleasant and very helpful with my questions and refunding my co-payment. This office needs better communication with its patients.. I had a confirmed appointment with Dr Lolis, and when I get there and pre pay my copay, I am seen and then told after the fact that Dr. Lolis left for the day. The medical practitioner could not complete the service I requested, not only a waste of time but a waste of money. This is not the first time this has happened, as my parents were scheduled for a surgery removal and she “left for the day.” If there is no one else to perform or give necessary information, the office should notify their patients to move or reschedule their appointments.
