The doctor, Dr. Warren Grace (5 stars for him), was knowledgeable and I felt comfortable in his care. Unfortunately, the way the practice is run is not what I'm seeking. Here's a list of my issues with it: 1) no one answers phone calls-you are relegated to communications via text messages only; 2) my information was passed off to a 3rd party contractor without my knowledge or consent, and, had I had someone calling me from the 3rd party contractor asking me personal information; 3) procedures are done in Edison. I've been to these practices before. Mill type of operations that are very impersonal. The practice gets 2 stars for having Dr. Grace; 0 stars for its operations.
