After a really bad flood, I decided to do some testing and Primeaire took care of everything. The technician was very experienced and explained everything to me in detail that I could understand. I couldn’t ask for better service. They even gave me a courtesy call to make sure my family and I were doing okay. 5 stars

I saw the reviews and gave them a call and everything was explained to me very simply. The tech came and did the inspection and answered every last question me and my wife had. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and patient with us. 5 stars

Had such a GOOD experience with Prime Aire Mold Services that I'm happy to take the time to review and give them the highest rating. This company was recommended to me by a co-worker so I decided to give them a call. From the beginning they were very helpful. Both the woman on the phone and the tech guys were very professional. Starting with my inquiry call, I was impressed with the time and clear information that I was given by Lauren. When Robert came to do the inspection, I liked how much time he took to really educate me and help me to figure out the most effective course of action.
