Coming here to complain, I lived in Rutherford for the last 12/13 years same apartment and since May of 2025. I pay my rent on time every month as well! I've been complaining about my kitchen sink almost collapsing because it moldy n water is just coming down from the top of my sink, some of my windows are broken they don't say up n also don't go up. My tiles are all lifting because they are sticky tiles (cheap) I've called the office spoke to Kendall he was willing to help me get everything fix but 2 days later I call for him n Steve told me he is no longer there. I did snow removal for Meli Management specifically dealt with Nicco. Invoiced them on March 2023 and today is December 2023 and still haven’t received payment. Nicco keeps telling me he sent it. This is not how to treat contractors.
