Overall, Hand & Stone has a pretty good system in place. They have a variety of locations to choose from...we went to their Hackensack location over the weekend and the staff there were very polite and professional. The front desk employees were great, especially since they promptly contacted us when we left an additional gift card behind. The masseuses were noticeably well experienced. I would give this establishment 5 stars had it not been for the two following concerns. 1. Went to get a facial and was very happy. Nina was wonderful!!! She explained the facial and what I needed. When I looked in the mirror, I was so pleased!!! Thank you Nina...I am definitely going back for Diamond Glow facial!!!!!

For a massage this place is good. For a facial, HOLD ON TO YOUR WALLET. Many hidden cost and upgrades!!! Buyer BEWARE! Get everything in writing first. Not sure if this is a Hand and Stone issue or just this particular place?
