I traveled from Pa to this establishment to get a very high end collectible scarf to get stains removed. This was a vintage gift from an elderly friend . The results were amazing. All stain’s were removed & the colors came “ alive”. I couldn’t believe it & the trip was well worth it !! Thank you
Unfortunately, they always wash my expensive custom dress shirts when I explicitly have stated to dry clean only. And, I don't mind the cost of dry cleaning but when you insist on doing it your way versus the customer paying, that is an issue. To make matters worse, the shirts are returned to me shrunken in the arm length and tight to the point where I cannot wear them. For well over $100 per custom shirt, this should not have happen as regular washing of dressing shirts and drying in a commercial dryer will cause shrinkage.Note, listen to the customer paying you and wash it their way if they want it drycleaned. I take all my suits to Hallak Cleaners. I have been taking my suits as well my wife fine dresses there for about 10 years and never had a problem. I accidently left my pants behind and they expressed shipped it to me in Chicago so I can make my business prestation looking like a million bucks!
