I love this place. The doctors are great and very helpful, the staff is wonderful. They are always on top of everything you need. The front desk is always welcoming and there to help. Laura always has patience with explaining things to me

When we moved back to the area, we needed a pediatrician, and the Tantawi practice came highly recommended. Initially, we saw Dr. Reed, but unfortunately, our experience with her was not great. She was dismissive, rude, and made me feel ashamed for not sleep training my seven-month-old, for not using an open cup, amongst other things. We decided to give the practice another shot and saw Dr. Mira and we’re so glad we did! Dr. Mira has been absolutely wonderful. She takes her time, answers all of our questions thoroughly, and manages to do so efficiently while still being considerate of our time. I have been bringing my son to Hackensack Pediatrics since he was just a week old, and now, at 2.9 years old, it truly feels like a second home for us. From the moment we walk in, the entire staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming. Even my son notices—during a recent sick visit, he excitedly told me he wanted to say hi to “the happy ladies” at the front desk!
The doctors are incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with him. He’s had his share of shots here, and while he remembers them, he never feels afraid—just curious about what to expect. That level of trust and comfort speaks volumes about the care they provide.
