The staff is very professional and talented. As for the owner, she lacks professionalism and customer service skills at times. I have felt very uncomfortable in the way she treats her hardworking employees.

I have Never considered getting a manicure or pedicure. However since I have been going to Hackensack Nails, Magali has been providing providing exceptional service. I recommend if you want good service and quality work see Magali at Hackensack nails.

I had a great experience: I was a walk in and was able to get service straight away. Mani-pedi was very relaxing and enjoyable. Going back in two weeks and I'm thinking this might be my new pamper-myself-time!
