I have a giant breed Service Dog & I would like to take a moment to praise both Hackensack Audiology & the facility in general. From the moment we got to the elevator in the parking garage staff members were kind, told us they go through extensive training on how to behave in the presence of a Service Dog, appropriate behavior, allowable questions & ADA law. When arriving at the office they were kind & openly accommodating. They understood when my dog alerted & handled my health issues extremely well. This is the best audiology practice in the area! I've been going here for twenty plus years. They have the best audiologists, and I have received the best care and service a patient could ask for.Highly recommend!

Everyone was so nice Dr. Saadah listened to everything that I have been experiencing with my vertigo and tinnitus. After the hearing tests, Dr. Saadah went over everything about the test and results in detail. It was nice to go to a Dr appt. and feel like the Dr. actually cared about the patient. Highly recommend Dr. Saadah to anyone needing hearing assistance/tests.
