Prior to coming to Ethos PT, I spent 5 years trying to fix my lower back and hip pain. I saw at least three doctors and worked with a few different physical therapists. Nothing brought relief. And then, only after a few sessions with John, I was pain free. It was nothing short of a miracle. At 53, I am back to enjoying my favorite physical activities, like pickleball and skiing. My favorite part about working with John is that he helps me to build an effortless daily exercise routine that doesn’t add stress to my life, but helps me feel in control and add fun to my mornings. John has been nothing short of amazing!! If you have any injury, he’s definitely the guy you want to go to. Extremely insightful and a great breadth of knowledge to help address any injury you might have. After hurting my hip I had very limited mobility and in just about a month I was back at 85% working with John.
He sat with me to understand the root of the problem and then we got to work right away. He gave so many amazing movements, stretches etc. I could do at home or at the gym to help gain back mobility, strength you name it. I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Puzio at Ethos Physical Therapy in Hackensack. From the very first session, his attention to detail was evident — he took the time to truly understand my specific needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
John is incredibly knowledgeable and always explains the “why” behind each exercise, which made me feel confident in my recovery process. On top of that, he is extremely personable and easy to talk to, making every appointment something I actually looked forward to instead of dreaded.
