I am no happy with the service we received from Dr. Erin Courtney. I took my 11 year old son to see her due to hair loss. She didn't take the time to properly and throughly examine my son's scalp. She assumed that he was just pulling his hair. She prescribed a cream because my son complained that it was itching. The hair loss was getting worse by the day, so I decided five weeks later to take him to another dermatologist who discovered it was actually a fungus that was causing the hair loss and immediately prescribed him pills. A treatment for six weeks. Thank you Erin for not doing your job. I will never use your services again.

Erin was extremely nice and her visit was very quick and efficient but I did not receive the right level of care of treatment for my condition. In fact my condition became progressively worse after each visit.I came to Dr. Goldberg and Erin for a rash on my face. After the first visit I tried a steroid cream that was recommended which did not solve the issue. After the follow up visit I was prescribed an anti fungal which after 2 weeks made the infection spread and get worse. Dr. Erin Courtney has a positive and calm quality and is ready and receptive in listening to and answering my questions and concerns. She cares for the patient and is very truthful. Amazing health practitioner who is rare to come by in today’s world of health care providers. God bless her thorough and dedicated work.
