I had a great experience working with Berner Law & Mediation during my divorce, which was many years ago. I highly recommend mediation over working with divorce attorneys, in situations where both parties are getting along. It's a much nicer and smoother process, and saves money all around. Divorce is a very difficult experience and mediation can help avoid making things worse. Additionally, Berner was very sensitive to everyone's needs.
More recently I got in touch with Berner Law for help with my records, and they were extremely helpful and efficient. Really professional shop, highly recommend.
