Bryan did a great job cleaning my rug. He went above and beyond and even rotated my rug for me. So far I can not see where the pet stains were. I will definitely use him again in the future.
Have old (over 40 yrs) rugs that had never been professionally cleaned plus had serious buckling. Brian did thorough, excellent job of cleaning, making them look great, plus got buckles out. Which I honestly didn't think was possible. He came when he was scheduled, charged what he had quoted.
