From the moment I called Barquin Funeral home in distress until all the final items, Mario and his team was the most gracious and professional people. It is a stressful time and they fully took care of everything and our mom looked beautiful!
I called all the funeral homes in the area, but Mario was the most ethical and professional person I spoke with. He has treated our family with respect and compassion, and offered best solutions for anything we have faced. Mario works tirelessly on weekends and evenings to accommodate his customers and provide the best service. I’m thankful for him and his team! His facilities are clean and beautiful, and offer a comfortable place for families and friends to say goodbye to their loved ones.

I am so grateful for this place. This has got to be the most compassionate and professional funeral home. I can't say enough of how amazing my father looked at his viewing. Thank you so much Mario for the beautiful, professional and loving level of care you provided. We are so grateful. God bless.

Our family held my brother’s services here, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially given what I consider to be short notice, and they handled everything with care and compassion.

The location itself is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The people there are attentive and genuinely mindful of those who are grieving, which made a difficult day a little easier. The space is also very spacious and comfortable, allowing everyone to gather without feeling crowded.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, whether you are local or coming from out of town. Parking is decent and convenient, with covered parking for approximately 20 vehicles and additional parking available along the sidewalk.

Overall, this was a comforting and well managed experience during a very hard time, and I am truly grateful for how accommodating and respectful everyone was.

Thank you, Betsey and Mario and John - Betsey made everything seamless and even coordinated correcting an errant flower delivery that was the fault of an online flower shop. There was also personal attention in that Mario dropped off an item that was used for the visitation back to my Mom's house. I can not say enough about how seamless the process was when it came time to take care of my Mom's final wishes. Betsy was attentive to every detail and explained thoroughly how the while process would work. She took thebtime to fill out all require paperwork and made sure the obituary included all family members. Mario was also attentive to the details regarding the memorial cards. He made sure everything was correct, emailing back and forth to ensure accuracy.
