Both handmade & factory made. I bought factory made and it feels and looks high end quality! Wide range of colors & sizes! Definitely recommend going here First before any other chain stores!

Had 2 carpets cleaned, fringe on both removed and both wrapped for storage. Very efficient. Back to my home within 3 weeks. Enjoyed dealing with a highly knowledgeable and professional dealer.
