HVAC technicians were excellent polite professional very easy to talk too and most importantly very knowledgeable and honest..technicians checked everything in my AC system thoroughly found the problem fixed it and explained everything to me. AC unit is fixed and working like new.. I would highly recommend them if your having issues with your AC system new or old..
If I could give 10 Stars I would, because RJK and their team deserves more than 5. I have happily used their services for many years. It is a great feeling to know that you have an HVAC service you can depend on and trust, especially when something goes wrong. They are easy to set an appointment with and keep you updated on their arrival. Everyone from Will to the staff are all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They care about their customers and are very fair. I appreciate the team and know I can depend on them for my Air Conditioning and Heating services. My Thanks to their team, I appreciate your help over the years.
Taco Pump was burning out on my Lennox system. Everyone else quoted for a replacement. Will and his crew retrofitted a replacement pump showing they are true problem solvers. 9 months in and still working good. Happy to pay for cost of pump and not full install.
