Website says they do Ultrasounds. Called to get info, they explained we'd have to see Dr., and if Dr. orders one we can get it done. I clarified if we'd be able to do it today and if they have the appropriate staff, equipment to do the Ultrasound, and they confirmed yes.
When we arrived, we were told they can't do ultrasounds today. I explained about my phone call, they say it was a miscommunication.
The miscommunication wasted 1.5 hours of our time, as we drove 45 minutes to get there. Why would they confirm to me they could do an ultrasound, without even checking if possible.
There are competent Dr's and staff. The problem is in the billing, they refuse to coordinate benefits, citing they dont have the staffing to make that extra call to your secondary. After a year, you can be billed, and regardless of your insurance, you will pay something out of pocket. The hope is that they aren't double billing .

There is usually a line in the lobby, but the wait once I was checked in was very short. The nurses, doctors and techs I saw over my 3 visits were all very friendly, thorough and patient. I saw Dr Parkikh and Dr Bajwa and they were both excellent.
