Anne was informed, flexible and patiently explained everything. Since they are a local business of 30 years in this community, we also chose to use them for installation. Rocco, the owner, takes personal responsibility for the labor and communicated with us throughout. Even though we faced some hiccups and miscommunications that can occur throughout a renovation project, i am happy to say Rocco always did right by us. One step in to the showroom and I knew I'd be buying my bathroom tile here. The tile samples were all easily accessible and organized; the showroom was well lit and well taken care of. By my second visit I wanted to tile my entire condo :D Joe's technical and aesthetic knowledge was impressive; he effortlessly helped me think thru my project.
