This review is definitely worth the read, I encourage you to do so. I wish there was an option for zero stars. I was very much looking forward to going to this place when I purchased my voucher on Groupon. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances of Life, I was unable to make it every time I was going to book the appointment because someone in the household kept getting sick. I decide to call in to see if I can get an appointment now that we are all healthy as can be and a very condescending/rude woman answers the phone and laughs about my situation. My voucher just expired yesterday and she basically laughs first and then says I can give you half off. I politely tell her no thank you and got in contact with Groupon and got my full refund. Unfortunately, due to lack of proper training in customer service and compassion, this business did not even have a chance to provide their services and lost a potential client. You never know who you are speaking to on the other line and are unaware of how many doors you are closing for yourself as a business. Hopefully the owner of this place takes some time to properly educate and train their employees in order to avoid further losing out on potential business in the future. From one business owner to another, I truly do hope you take into consideration my constructive criticism.

Strangest experience ever. Called to see if they had any same day appointments left. Person I talked to on the phone said yes, and asked what time. I said 4, and she said that was fine. I get there at 4 and go inside only to find the place and dark and no one inside. Very confused, I try to go out the front door and it’s locked. I turn around to go back the way I came from and a woman comes is very confused why I’m there. I tell her that I had spoken to someone on the phone and that I had an appointment at 4. She’s still very confused, so I just decide to leave and go back to my car. On my way back, someone else comes out from the back of the building and is talking to the lady I talk to. She comes over to my car and tells me that sorry she was talking a nap and lost track of time. She tells me to go back inside and we can start the massage. I should have left then. Instead, I go back in and she brings me into a room and tells me to get undressed and lay down on the table. I do so, and then the first lady I spoke to comes in my room and says that I need to pay first in cash. I tell her okay, but can I pay after the massage because I was already undressed. She said no and that I need to pay now. So I get redressed and go out. I decide against paying and just leave. So strange. Glad I didn’t stay.

I use to visit this location all the time. Recently I believe ownership has changed and this place is honestly the WORST! During my massage the woman took numerous phone calls and constantly ran to the door to tend to other customers. They demand that you only PAY IN CASH and they are extremely ROUGH! It took 4 days for my body to stop being sore I even had bruises from this ridiculous massage. They are overpriced and the experience isn’t worth it at all. Please try somewhere else save yourself the time, money and pain
