Lenny came and quickly solved the problem by installing a new controller for the zone valve. Lenny was polite, courteous and new his craft. We are now back to taking hot showers! “So last week I finally turned the furnace on. Furnace was working, but I was not getting warm air. I had no issues last year when I bought my house. Furnace is about 5-6 years old. So last Thursday I made the call to TGM Services to schedule for someone to look at it. Not an emergency as I have spaces heaters. The serviceman came today. After troubleshooting for a bit, at turns out that there was a spider ?️?️ in the gas intake valve. Go figure! Thanks Jose at TGM Services for figuring this mystery out.“

“My AC just shut off and it was so hot and so humid. Tim checked it out and noticed it was shut off. I thought I must be losing it because I knew I didn't shut it off and I live alone.... He didn't charge me and wouldn't take any money. I later found out my daughter did shut it off because it was cold when it was raining Sunday and I did say shut it off. I thought she just adjusted the temperature so it shut off on it's own. Live and learn. Haha Don't blame the old people. I still can't believe she just shut it off!
