Prominent demolished a half story and built a full second floor with 2 bathrooms in our old Cape Cod home. They were not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive, but someone answered the phone every time I called and I got a reply to my emails within a reasonable amount of time. This excellent communication continued throughout the project. They consistently showed up and communicated proactively. They specialize in new home construction, but their home remodeling work on existing homes, at least kitchen and bath remodeling, is superb.
